Gentle/Restorative Yoga: To help you recover from injury, illness, fatigue, or chronic stress.
Body Image Healing: to help you make peace with your body through yoga movement, meditation, guided relaxation, and discussion.
*gentle/restorative Yoga can be done in small groups (corporate, family, friends, ETc.)
