Classes at Abhaya
Mondays 12:30-1:30pm (Gowanus Location) Open Level This class is a blend of longer held poses and vinyasa yoga. Suitable for all levels.
Wednesdays 9:30-10:30am (Dumbo Location) Yoga for Moms. This is a pre and post natal class for all Moms! We flow, create time to connect to the pelvic floor, and restore in a community of support people.
Classes at Third root
Thursdays 6:45-8PM Gentle Yoga-this class is great for those who work long hours and want to recharge. Also great for those with injuries or other needs.
Thursdays 8:15-9:30PM Flow & Restore - this class is a great balance of vinyasa and resorative yoga. We start active, moving with the breath, and then restore/rest for 25 minutes.
Sundays 9:30am-10:45am All Levels Vinyasa This is a breath based flow class suitable for all. Sign up ahead of time! Space is limited and class is usually bustling
Wednesday 6:30-7:45pm Natal Yoga This for the expecting parent or new parent! We flow safely for the pregnant body, and offer variations for new parents. We always incorporate pelvic floor work/deep core work that may assist with a functional childbirth and help rebuild pelvic floor muscles after childbirth.
