Studio Classes

I am very discerning of the studios where I teach. All of these places are welcoming and have some sort of service or social justice piece attached to them.

Abhaya Yoga in Dumbo and Gowanus is where I received my 200 & 500 hour certifications. It has a non profit attached to it whose mission is to bring yoga to underserved women and children in the local area.
